Looks clean for its age......that is the high speed version......I love my 306
Bill, Your right, it is a high speed. These reels seem to be simple and indestructible. This is the next size up and seems to have a large line capacity. Might just keep it. I see there is a Bailless conversion available on line as well...
Same size, just the gearing is different, then the 306......that makes it a higher speed retrieve
OK then. Guess I'm thinking of the 302. So many models, so many birthdays!
How much for it
Randy, I'm thinking $35. Great condition. If I don't sell, I'll order the bailess conversion for $10 and try it. Never used a bailess reel before and I know some guys swear by them.
Hey Todd I'll look at it the end of the month if you still have it. I'm building a rod for the 302 I bought. Did you get s copy of the Mobile mag from June
Didn't get a copy of it Coach, but saw it online. I'll certainly be available for you to check out the real then.
I've got you a copy. See you soon
Thanks friend. Oh, and by the way, I know how to spell reel, not real. Damn spell shirt anyway:bang
I knew that d@$m spell check. See y'all soon. ROLL TIDE
Let me know when you come back ill take it
Todd looks like that reel is sold. See you at the end of the month.
Sounds like a plan scbasser. Don't know much about them or how to convert it, but it can't be that tough. I think the kit I saw was under 10 bucks.
Fshntime I can't help you with the Mitchel mod, but it's pretty simple on the 710Z. I did have to grind down the bail trip lever, but that was 2' with a dremel.
Coach, check your mail....
Your turn Todd. Thanks
