White blank with red and blue wrapings , wire guides baseball tape grips bought second hand & I really never fished it.....120.00

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
