I've sold several carts this year and have had requests for more. Havnt had any recently but found this like new one. Pretty cool Jr. size, with 7sturdy ABS rod holders. Black powder coated.

Is that powder coated on steel or aluminum?

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
