I don't know much about pier carts, but someone posted some widened tires/wheels on here not long ago that are great at treading both the pier and sand.
Once I get my cart creation up and going, I'm thinking of going with those fat tires.
Although, I am too much of a perfectionist in building something. If someone doesn't build and sell me a cart, I will probably be stuck hauling everything on my wheeled cooler for the next 12 years until I finish my own.
There's a place on Foley Beach Exp. it's a lil south of Hwy 98, they sell carts. They may have replacement parts.
Anglers Fish-N-Mate or Northern Tool.
Don't forget Harbor Freight
That's even better if Harbor Freight keeps them in stock.Whats the item number Delta?
I am replacing my tires, wheels and axels with some of the bigger beach tires, my cart is one of the big ones from J&M, used very little. Will be in Orange Beach next week, no idea about the value.
Excuse me, please try the "flatfree" tire.... I bought mine at Harbor Freight with Stock# 67469. It's still on sale for $18.99 ea. The center axle diameter is 5/8" and it fits well on my CPI Junior Pier Cart. I hope this helps. ;D
