Shimano Spirex 4000 with 7ft ugly stik lite
I have a Shimano Spirex 4000 newly spooled with 14lb Trilene Monofilament line on a 7ft ugly stik lite. I'm only selling it because I got a new spanish rod and reel and dont want this one anymore. It is a 10/10 mechanically and cosmetically, as is the rod. $125 obo.

That Spirex is one 'tricked out' Shimano
It not only has the 'trigger cast' thingajigger, but a twin turbo handle!
What's the numbers on your rod there AP?

The RG (rear drag) model goes a step further. It has the Fightn' Drag II on it, which works much the somewhat like a lever drag.

I'll check about the numbers when I get home today about 3 or so. One thing I left out is that the reel has the drag dial on top not on the back.

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for an abundant fishery and a magnificent pier, from which to access that fishery. I'm thankful for the morning view of the sunrise and what a spectacular view it is...
