No fever not much time for personal stuff like fishing and such. Work is taking up to much of my time.

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
