Beachfront condo for rent next to pier
Look out over 2.5 miles of natural undeveloped sand. See if they catching on the pier from your balconey. Walk to pier or fish off the beach. 801 Royal palms. East Corner views. Happy fishing!

somewhat. We use a broker/property manager so don't have complete flexibility. Depends on the time, length etc of rental. I might be partial but not many condos in Gulf Shores have 2.5 miles of unobstructed beach view and an uncrowded beach.

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
