Anyone fished on or built one? Thinking about putting one together for my dad for a trip were trying to put together in late september. Thanks, James

James, it is pretty much just the same as as a batson swb80ml I have built a couple and can't tell the difference between the two rods once built.

Would it make a good cig slinging rod? I've never owned or built a swb80ml

if it's like the SWB80ML, then yes
I figure it this way, if everyone in the world had a lie clock, whose hands moved once every time they lied. You could use any politicians lie clock as a ceiling fan.

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for an abundant fishery and a magnificent pier, from which to access that fishery. I'm thankful for the morning view of the sunrise and what a spectacular view it is...
