Found the longer version with audio. Does appear to be a movie scene gone wrong.
2 Russians being filmed from another boat. They got the chit rung out of their bells but survived. Apparently the zodiak didn't fare so well. It sank a few minutes later. They killed no fish.
Fish. Just fish.

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for an abundant fishery and a magnificent pier, from which to access that fishery. I'm thankful for the morning view of the sunrise and what a spectacular view it is...
