A leader storage system that is exposed to the weather is OK as long as you use single strand wire and black nickle hooks because bronze hooks will start rusting the first time they get wet.I like 3x5'', 4mil plastic bags and store 2 leaders at a time with seven strand leaders.The trick to it is,do not coil the leader then twist the tag end around the coil,but instead put the two leaders together and drop them in the bag and when you need one,grab it by the hook and pull it out.There's no untwisting or tangled leaders to deal with.
