Did a test run for battery life, around the circle , went down 1 bar when I got back , but using it(riding) dropped down multiple bars ..... slightly up hill some when powering up and drop in bars ..... walking it should be good for more distance or several days on the pier before needing to recharge , don't think my gear would add up to my lard butt.....
this has been on my mind since I picked this scooter up several years ago , but never would take a charge
finally taking it apart found corroded & broken wires from the charger connection port , fixed those and got it charging again .
looking forward to this trip to use it (not really needing it yet health wise)Bill..............

May you catch enough fish that the motor cannot handle them (Luke 5:4).

It says has a 10mile range, but recent reviews I've read peeps only getting 4 miles.....all I need is to the south rail and back plus maybe a little in between.....these are no longer available for several years , but when I saw it(scooter) at a garage sale , I knew exactly how it would be used .....finally messed with it and got it charging to proceed with rigging it

If you were fishing for a few days in row couldn't you charge it up while you are fishing. Looks like a nice cart hope it works out great for you.

sure, especially on GS pier where they have many 120v power outlets down the pier
But a 120v inverter plugged in a 12v power outlet in your vehicle will work for me....plus I bring a 12v jump box on my trips(just incase) that will also work with inverter to power the charger ....the cart is always locked on the carrier& to the vehicle while there.....gated community helps for security tooBill..............

Picked up another scooter(identical) to motorize a jr cart i have.....it sure saved me last fall after the first day on the pier .....hardly could pull it, tried to push it but the lower back was hurting.....half way off I decided to mount the scooter for the rest of the trip.....good decision & sure was a blessing .....
now after a shoulder replacement, going to be limited on the pier (not sure about anymore gaffing or netting).....the repeated all day casting for the month (bone on bone) tore my shoulder up .....at least finally showed my stubborn self it needed fixedBill..............
