oversized mower wheels on cheapo pier cooler/rod cart
finally assembled (mostly). Still needs either washers for spacers or shaft collars to keep the wheels far enough from the cooler. Total cost was about 5$ for hardware (found the wheels on a scrap mower= free). It keeps the back end up high enough that it no longer bumps/drags when on an incline and it handles rough ground much better.
