Santa brought jig molds

Yesterday morning when I awoke I found two jig molds in my stocking. One spearhead and a grave digger. Today was spent pouring lead. Tomorrow will be a paint day. Right now I plan on painting the jigs white, pink and fluorescent yellow with the majority being white. Going to experiment with the powder paints to see if I can do a mix to produce a grayish pink color of a sand flea to use on the digger jigs. Also looking at a copper color to use with new penny gulp shrimp. Going to be a busy winter making jigs. I'll post a picture tomorrow after I get some painted.

This is my first time trying to powder paint anything. Fairly simple, just need to have a way to get a uniform heat on each size jig. I'll get it figured out here in a day or two. Mixing these paints is not a problem at all. You will notice in the picture two differnt sahdes of pink. All I did to achive that was to mix some Hot Pink Powder with some Pearl White at about a 2 to 1 ratio to get the lighter shade. Going to do somemore experimenting with various colors to see what I get. Anyway here's my first attempt at making jigs for those beasts that swim off Gulf Shores. Left to right---Spearheads 1 oz down to 3/8 oz, Diggers 1/2 oz down to a 1/4 oz and a few old swim jigs that I repainted with the powder, probably going to turn them into Goofy Gus jigs with a teaser on them. I have 50 pounds of old lead to pour so I'm going to pour and paint everything before I start to tie the Crimped Nylon tails on. What is the pink one on the far right and how much does it weigh?

The one on the far right is a "Swm Jig" weighs 1/2 oz. Ìt was green and gold and used for Walleye and Smallmouth bass. It's the same jig that the Gus Goofy jig is made from and used for Pomanno. I have about a dozen of them that I'm going to repaint.
