Why can't the state put some of this "unused" BP money toward fixing the pier at Fort Morgan?

Jim Zeigler is looking into it...
State Auditor to Comb Through State Beach House | WPMI
Zeigler plans to comb through the home which he says contains 98 separate state assets worth more than $100,000. In the end and after all the beach house belongs to the people of Alabama.
