I received the same PM today at approx 0430am.
I hit report for Ad Spam and possible hacked account.
IIRC, the guy had maybe one post back in 2013 when he registered.

That account was obviously hacked, he hasn't replied to my emails, so that account no longer exists.
I would not click on the link in that message!

LOL... Only a damned fool clicks unknown links in spam emails/PMs.

I got the same message at 6:23 am yesterday
