Chat Board
Hey guys and gals,
Just wondering if anyone, mainly the admins of this great site ever thought about creating a "chat board" where members could talk in real time? Just a thought.

We could. Its funny. I just logged in and was thinking about that very thing when I saw the title of your post.
It is possible. Question is: Do we REALLY want to do it?

The chat portion really kills the posting on the forum from the boards that I am on that have the chat feature

^^^ That and some discussions get out of hand. On an instant basis, it could get ugly quick.

Yeah maybe it's better not to incorporate a chat board! Especially after the "Young people posting from school" string. Although a lot of good stuff was brought up in it, I guess a discussion like that could turn ugly real quick in a "chat" based setting. It was just a thought...

I just wish the pier cam was working again. I sure miss that! And if I'm gonna wish, how about the original, one half-way, and one on the octi???
