So this was our eventful day.. Yes that is us on the rafts! Someone took this video from a balcony and found us and said they had seen the shark swimming around us and were yelling but we couldn't hear. It swam under my raft and brushed against madi's leg before we realized it was there. 😳😳😳

But, but, but, the sharks in the Gulf are endangered, aren't they? They shouldn't be letting people play around that close to them---might frighten the shark.

Oh heck no. That is why I do not go in the Gulf. Too many things that bite and sting. There would also have been a brown cloud in the water had that been me. Do people not watch Shark Week?. That is why God made pools.
