aircraft indicate that Delta is continuing to rapidly strengthen. The maximum winds have increased to near 130 mph

Latest models have it drifting west MORE toward the TX/LA border and away from a direct-hit here. Bad news for THOSE folks, to be sure, wherever it hits.
