Fantasy Football help needed
I have been roped into a fantasy football league, something I know nothing about. As a picking strategy, I'd settle for all players from 1actual physical team but all the guides I read assume I actually want to win. Everyone else is an inlaw, cousin, niece, nephew, etc. -- if I accidentally beat the little kids, I lose, if you get my drift. However my current plan to draft no one rated above 200 is too obvious.
Help.

War Eagle yourself, LOL. I would not expect AU graduates to turn to football when there are so many opportunities for them back home in the family agri-business. I do hear arena football is still hiring. Meanwhile the folks from the UA-T campus must find the pay cuts required to play in the NFL disappointing. At least they play football in the state of Alabama and the Iron Bowl name is cool. The faceoff in my current state of Illinois between U.Illinois and Northwestern annually decided the Big 10 cellar -- until the league graciously added Rutgers and Maryland.
Meanwhile, I've decided that focusing my draft picks on Chicago Bears and Washington Commanders will accomplish my required results while showing my loyalty to "my teams".

Auburn will not win another championship until Saban retires.
Unfortunate,…but likely true.

If Saban lasts as long as the Bear, it will be uphill for a LONG while. But kids only play sports to have fun with friends and build character, so it's probably all good.
In the 80s, when I was living in "west Opelika, AL", a first-year student was admitted to AU and Julliard in NY. Papers reported that she chose to attend AU to further her musical career (closer to home?). AU needs more decisions like that by football recruits deciding between AU-T and the Plainsmen or there will be years of silence at Toomer's Corner.

The football program needs to find it’s version of Bruce Pearl.
And give him an eight year contract.
Can you love a program to death? The football boosters are seriously trying to find out. What top level coach wants to enter the fray when you get canned after one or two seasons.
Take a look at how many coaches that Auburn has paid to NOT coach.
I believe they have lost perspective.

That is interesting, but surely an oversight? The ByWater-Beachside has a Facebook page @ https://www.facebook.com/ByWaterBeachside I asked them what the hours will be after Labor Day...
