I saw one on the octi Sunday---guy had a spincast rig, holding it upside down (underneath) and reeling it backward. Never saw that one before. Almost as good as the sabiki with a gotcha for a weight and squid on the gotcha hooks. They're out there, folks, and they breed freely and vote repeatedly.

Saw one with the ol' Ronco Pocket Fisherman (stores it's self in the handle which is also a tackle box! Now you can fish ANY WHERE, ANYTIME!!!!) slinging a Gotcha with all his might slightly north of the octi. I'm thinking he may qualify.

And don't forget sitting down a large two sided fold out freshwater tackle box right next to the rail and completely opening it, exposing all sorts of rapalas, jitterbugs, spinner baits bobbers and plastic worms.
And then leaving it there.
All day.
Right next to their 4 updside down oversize zebco's attached to spinning reel rods.
With two-hook droppers with a 4 oz weight and dried up dead, putrid shrimp chunks.
Complaining they aren't catching anything......Carl
