6/14/16 Pier Lights
Question was brought up about the down lights on the pier. I have talked with the Marketing Manager for the Alabama State Parks and also pier maintenance people and they said the lights are ordered and they hope to have them installed by the end of the month. Hope all have good fishing and to see all of you soon.

Asking for something to be done is no guarantee that it will. Not asking is almost a guarantee that nothing will get done. Thanks for bringing this to their attention. The night shift is a lot more productive with lights around the pier.

Great news for all just left the pier and electricians were finishing up on the down lights on the octi . Brent said they hope to have them all working before they go home tonight. Saw a number down the pier they had already replaced.

Thanks Tato. Hope they stay lit till I get home. I always liked night fishing but as poor as the lights are, you can't see to net/gaff a fish without them.
