Hydrofoil or trim tabs?
Hey guys,
I have an 18 ft. Glastron bowrider with a 190 hp Volvo Penta stern drive that I want to improve the handling on. Trying to decide between a hydrofoil or trim tabs. Any advice?

never cared for a boat I had that had the hydrofoil on it....seemed to get on a wave and not want to get off, then when it did it was all of a sudden....got rid of that one and have never cared to add anything to the other....seating of people always seamed to help out of the hole, along with the power trim of the motor(out drive)

Thanks ironman,
Trying to get 4 kids to stay in place on a boat is a bit tough, at least for me. Just looking for a something to reduce the bow rise at start up.
