Thread: I need one

I've been noticing the "bird repellers" on the pier lights and need to know where they were obtained. I need one that's slightly smaller to put on my hat to keep the Arwellians from stealing national secrets from my brain. They are excellent thought eliminators, and I know this for a fact because when I fish under one, I don't have a thought in my head. The situation doesn't change when I move out from under, but, there it is.

I haven't seen any birds sitting up there since they were installed, but there is still plenty of whitewash on the pier. What's up with that?
