Looks to be a triple batch....all trimmed and sliced waiting to finish defrosting and then marinade for a day.....dehydrate
Looking good,going to pull all mine out very soon I hope and make summer sausage
Gotta make room for fresh for sure....I'll get back home just in time for bow season start, maybe a day late, but I don't hunt to much early....usually after the first couple hard frostQuote:

Hunh---I know how much damage I can do to a bag of Ironman jerky in three minutes, and I've watched you observing me closely from time to time, trying to learn my tricks and techniques. Bill will need to put a timer on both of us---or ration the goodies.Quote:
