What for you want to shoot over her? I'd have thought you'd have used your Ninja skills to "Think" the arrow into the target. Did you retrieve the arrow and check it for ballistic defects? I may have been the arrow, not the Injun.
I have never missed a deer with a bow and arrow. Never shot at one, either. Hang in there, you'll have the grill fired up before you know it.

Don't ask me about the turkey gobbler I missed at ten steps last spring---with a shotgun. I'd prefer to make believe it never happened.
Obviously, the shell was defective and had no shot in it. If you don't believe me, I saved it, and it still doesn't have any shot in it. So, there---proof.

I had one of those shells year before last....gave the rest to my nephew and he missed with em too...
