Swimmer drowns in Orange Beach | FOX10 News - Mobile
Over 100 people a year die by drowning in rip currents!
Not even one dies (on the average) each year by shark attack.
IMHO the media should be 100 times more focused on discussing the dangers of swimming near rip currents than swimming with the critters in the water.

Rip currents aren't as sexy as jaws. Just like drunk driving deaths aren't as sexy as shooting deaths. Shoooowwwww me the money and I'll tell you what the news really is. :-/
