FinChaser knows how to shuck oysters. Without deft technique, they get scrambled when you slice the bottom adductor muscle. Well done, sir. Excellent presentation.

Is that an offset smoker you're using Fin? If so, what kind?

Yes it is an offset, but I was only using the grill for direct heat and flames. It is a Master Built grill, don't know the model number, lost the papers.
