Where There is a WILL There is a WAY
Way back in the mid 1990's I fished the Russell Pier in PCB a good bit. On every trip out there was a gentleman there, my long term memory loss makes me forget his name, . He was 80 the first time I met him, Several trips later he was not on the pier. I found out that he had a stroke, but was doing well. The next year, I saw him coming out the the end of the pier. He had gotten himself a Hover Round and converted his pier cart to a pier trailer and drove all his tackle to his favorite spot on the rail. I hope my will is as strong as his. He still caught a fish or 2 on dead cigar minnows.
