Cobia Recipes
Everyone give me their best recipes for Cobia. I guess the fish gods struck me I caught 3 on Sunday #50, #25, and #32. Needless to say I have a bunch of fish to cook. Give me your best!!

Cobes are wonderful, I am not aware of any way to cook them wrong. Use your favorite recipes, I usually grill it or fry it.

Just about any cooking method, choose one,
Broil
Grill
Smoke
Pan fry
Saute
Steamed
Fish en papillote
Now search online for a fish recipe cooked in chosen method, you really can't go too wrong.Ragnar Benson:
