With season open, I am able to once again enjoy grilling some juicy dove breast.

1: I de-bone the breast
2: Soak them in Worcestershire for a few hours
3: Season with s&p, and a little tonys
4: Take a thin/narrow sliver of jalapeno a teaspoon of cream cheese- slap it on the side
5: Wrap with half slice of bacon and pin with toothpick
6: Place over hot coals then enjoy when done
