lean out the freezer Thursday
Woke up with the sun and started a project I had been putting off for weeks if not months. My freezer was so full I couldn't put a 99 cent Aldi's cheese pizza in without taking something out. Lots of fish from my May trip to the pier and various wild hog hunts. I needed an eat the freezer empty day. I'm not going to try to compete with Chili's pictures but here is a rundown of today's cooking.
Grilled hog tenderloin
Smoked hog pork chops
Smoked ham for BBQ (still on and will be all night about 15lbs)
Pan fried sausage
Smoked King Mackerel fillets
Boiled King to make Mrs Pat's Dip
Grilled Black Tip Shark steaks coated with mayonaise.
I've been eating since about 8:00 AM and am worried about being, not getting to, work tomorrow. Thank goodness I pretty much work alone!

Eating specks and shrimp to make room for okra. It's amazing what you find in there when you have to reorganize.
