Honey ginger Cajun fish
coat filets in honey
grade fresh ginger on the fish on both sides
sprinkle a little Cajun seasoning on each side
grill to perfection and enjoy.
It's super simple and great. I had it with fresh yellowfin tuna tonight seared and it was fantastic
Go out fishing today, because you aren't promised you'll be able to fish tomorrow.
