kings
ok, now that we have some king fillets, what is the easiest, best way to fix it.

I like em rubbed in olive oil, seasoned with salt and lemon pepper and grilled. Doesn't get much easier than that. AND you can actually taste the fish. They will stick to the grill if not careful. Pam non stick spray is your friend. Cooks very quickly.
Fish. Just fish.
