king fish dip
filet, remove skin, remove blood line . next boil in crab boil .. remove from water put in bowl add mayo, cream cheese , mustard , salt pepper , and actual hot peppers depending on heat wanted .. i like to add chives and sometimes some chopped celery . spalsh some hot sauce in there as well..
hot or chilled spread on cracker and enjoy!

Mr. George, except for the mustard and the crab boil, that's about the way I make the smoked mackerel dip. I don't have a good smoker, so I boil it. Didn't care for the crab boil taste myself, so I just add salt and a little ginger to the boil. Add the liquid smoke while you are mixing to taste. Remember the smoke flavor grows a little as it sits -- but around my house it usually doesn't sit for long.
