Tonight's Dinner
King steaks, marinaded in lemon juice and Lemon Pepper for 30 minutes.
Coat aluminum foil with olive oil, wrap and grill for twenty minutes at 500'.

Bull Red, thoroughly cleaned of blood meat, chunked, dredged in spiced corn meal and deep fried.

Add Green Beans in Rotel, Field Peas & Blackeyes with onion.

Not shown, sliced tomato and cucumber.
Sorry, forgot to get a money shot of it plated.

Die if you must, but die on your home turf with your face to the wind, not in some stinking hellhole 2,000 kilometers away, among people you neither know nor care about.

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for an abundant fishery and a magnificent pier, from which to access that fishery. I'm thankful for the morning view of the sunrise and what a spectacular view it is...
Happy Thanksgiving!
