Spiral Cut Hams
They were on sale so I grabbed 2 , now what to do with them , I really don't like Honey Glazed so what are my options to that . I was thinking BBQ sauce on them or a Mustard Glazed , I just really don't like adding sugar to good meat ,
So what's my options??If you are going to fight, fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's ark and brother, it's starting to rain!

They are probably cured with sugar-and salt, which gives it a great flavor. I get a couple and finish deboning them. Serve it as is with country veggies for lunch or dinner. Some I portion out for breakfast biscuits and just warm it up in the skillet to brown slightly. It will keep well in the freezer if vacuum packed or in quality freezer bags. You end up with a lot of irregular ends and pieces that I use for white bean soup that I store in pint freezer cups. I'll post a recipe.
