My son shot a wild pig last season and wanted me to smoke it this weekend for he and my daughter in law. I did it on my Akorn. I did both hind quarters, one rubed and one without rub. I did a couple fatties for some friends while I was at it.
I opened 2 new Penn SSVII 2500 reels this morning and will need to gill them before hitting the pier tomorrow afternoon.
