pm malfunction
i can receive pms but it won't let me reply i don't think it doesn't appear in sent anyways and dont get replies

Its because your mailbox is full. Empty you sent mail and some of your old PMs, then you can PM again. There is a 200 PM storage limit. I had like 300 messages in the sent folder and that counts.
