Friend can't access forum

Help! I have a forum friend that is out of town and can't seem to access the forum. He has asked for my help because he misses the pier. He couldn't access the forum because he forgot his password, so has tried to reset it several times. He said he gets a reply that says he will receive new access via email but never does, so can't get in. Can you help?

Nope, found him by his email address.

Fin, happy birthday again. I just talked to my friend and said he got his password and was able to access the forum as usual. Thanks for the help.
