Anyone have reviews on this rod? I was thinking about building on one as soon as i build a couple rods and get the money. Or suggestions on any other blanks, thanks

Either that or Seeker SBS756-S GLASS
What are you using it to fish for?
My personal favorite is the RX8+S823.
I feel in complete control with this blank and can cast great distances.
The quality was so superb, I'm having another built.
You can catch everything from speckled trout to kings and can feel even the slightest touch of anything.
It's not cheap, but you can't beat it for what you're getting.
My personal favorite inshore rod is the batson xp964 and xp963. I have caught everything from 6lb trout to 25lb kings on it. It can throw baits as small as 1/2oz looney jigs to the 6" sebile magic swimmer lures. Great sensitivity and lots of lifting power for working fish out of structure.
I will agree with Jeb. I also have the XP963 and love it as well. It's not as sharp and sensative as the RX8+, and won't cast as far, but can be more affordable and can accomplish the same task at hand. It feels and handles a lot like the G-Loomis Greenwater GLO-0155 6-12 and GLO-0147 10-17, which you could wobble around at Bass Pro and get a feel for them first hand for a comparison.
You're welcome to play around with my Batsons in person at the pier anytime you like if you'd prefer to try before you buy.
The xp964 would fit your needs much better than the 904. Depending on which end you trim on a rod you can either enhance the rod or ruin it. If you go with the 964 don't trim it. I can give you the exact specs I build them to with guide spacing and all.
Thanks, i won't be getting it right away but thats probably what ill get
If you're wanting the heavier, then definitely go with the xp963 or 4. They both have some backbone.
Their lengths are perfect as is.
