Great day in the Gulf
We had the pleasure of fishing with Pier#r this morning..May have gotten skunked but it was a great experience.#r is a super nice guy with tons of valuable information to share, and believe me he gave us a lot of information...If you're new to the forum and need help learning about where or how to fish during your time here give him a call,(before you hit up the Wal-Mart for supplies),you won't regret it.
Preacher caught the first and only Whitting of the day around 10:30. I'll try to post a pic later tonight...Thanks again David we had a great time

Thank you for the opportunity Teddy, I just wish the fish would have been in a better mood.
We had such a stellar looking day, at least that part was great.
Photobombed by a heron...
Nytrobud & the Preacher setting up...
You've got a decent trough to work with a little more water some fish may come to you (I hope ;-)
Best of luck!!

Mr. #er is definitely the man. I spent 4 hrs with him last spring and learned more than I could have ever imagined. I will be making my annual trip back the second week in May. Hopefully my first king will be making it over the rail this year.

So, obviously I’ve posted that I’ve been away for about 12 or 13 years and am coming down on the 26th to rejoin the community. I’m amazed at how much pier knowledge I lost over the years and so a few...
Various knots and buried knowledge...
