A Shout-Out for Fish N Mate
I wanted to replace some parts on my Sr. cart, a vertical extension for the handle and new rubber caps for the rod holders.
They have the best price but unfortunately their shipping is all listed by the piece, which means that the extension and eight grommets for the rod holders were relatively expensive. .
But even with the exorbitant shipping it was still cheaper than Amazon or anywhere else.
Here's the "Shout-Out!".
Today I received a $12 refund from from them on the shipping.
Which puts it at what is about right for USPS flat rate shipping.
So a great big "Thank You!" to Fishing N Mate for doing the right thing and excelling at customer service!Ragnar Benson:

I always take the handle off for transport, so it's no difference to me.
I've a wheel for the pier and I'm only 5'9", I'd prefer to walk behind it like a pushcart, so I may get another.
Right now it's great for my younger son who doubles as my pack mule.Ragnar Benson:
