Looney jigs?
I ran out of Looney Jigs last week on the pier. A nice spanish mack ate my last one and then jaws ate him. I heard Terry is no longer making them. I haven't had any luck finding jigs similar to them. Anybody else found anything that resembles the tried and true Looney Jig?

I'd love to try your jigs, Ironman. When you coming down? If I could only take one lure to the pier it would be a 1/2 oz. white spearhead jig. I think I remember Pier#r saying he has caught over 20 species on Looney jigs. I bought a Tsunami "Buster Red Tail Jig" and cut the red tail off. It worked pretty good. Big spanish macks liked it too. I caught one and the next cast I got cut off and lost it.

Looked into it and not a big enough market to make it worth while for us.

I still have a half-bag of white/white and half-bag of red/white from Ironman a few years back. It's the last lure I ever wanted to run out of. Also snagged (see what I did there) one of his gaffs while I was at it.
"Would buy again" but everything still works just fine.
