While it may be good for the head boat industry I don't see how can say it won't affect the recreational fisherman.

If the guideline and laws are abided by like they're supposed to, which I doubt, even then they'll have every close in reef cleaned out.

If restrictions are put in place for the ARS, which I think they should, it should be across the board. One group of fisherman should not allowed to use a natural rescource while other cannot. It all goes back to the $bill.

I'm afraid this all goes back to the Golden Rule. He who has the gold makes the rule.
