Pelican Point in Fairhope
Wanted to know peoples thoughts about fishing pelican point in Fairhope. I know that spot has big potential, but don't know if the big reds have started running into weeks bay/fish river yet. Thanks for your help. Tight lines.

I live in Fairhope and make regular trips to the Point. Back in October and November the big bulls were thick in there but really only hit or miss lately. Things should be heating up soon if we can get this Chocolate milk looking water out of here.

Thanks, for the input. Do you use cut Mullet usually when targeting the big ones?

Cut Mullet certainly works, I just like fishing with live bait. Sometimes you get surprised with a big ole speck
