Thread: Question about a re wrap stellar star lite

Ok I am a googan fishing gulf Coast piers. I have a lot of experience fishing north Carolina piers for kings and we all know the method I have learned is not accepted on the Gulf. So the question is I have a star stellar lite 1-4 Oz casting rod that I would like to get re wrapped to spinning I already have a penn 706z that it will be paired with. So the question is is the rod too stiff for snobbling? I would appreciate any advice from the experts. Thanks

They are fine for cobia fishing with jigs but a bit heavy for snobbling and live bait fishing.
