Pomp fillets in the oven: pics
So, I'm back here in Bham wishing I was down in Orange Beach. I thought I would post some pics from a meal I cooked last week while I was down there. Kept two nice size pomps off the beach and had a real nice meal for me and the wife.
- Soaked briefly in melted butter and olive oil
- on half I used "seafood majic" seasoning and half I used lemon pepper/dill
- cooked on a broiling rack at 400F for a few minutes
- squeezed a whole lemon over the fillets.
- yellow rice and veggies
- white wine
