I have seen that clip also. The fish pirates are stealing wat too many. I also saw where all the gulf coast ports are closed to Mexican fishing vessels.

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
