When will the bait come back?
Once the warm water chases the LYs and sardines away, how long will it be before they come back?

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
