I do believe there have more fish caught by the people sitting around the picnic tables than the ones actually fishing.

My not shaving is due to laziness and frankly not giving a darn....why I always love working construction....didn't matter clean shaved or not

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
